Meet the Coach

Logan Welling
CSCS | NSCA - Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist | M.S. Sports Conditioning & Performance | B.S. Kinesiology/Exercise Science

Logan is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the NSCA. He graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and has earned a master’s degree in Sports Conditioning and Performance from Southern Utah University.

Logan brings a wealth of experience to his clients, having spent two years working as a Strength Coach for the Utah State Football team. He has several years of personal training experience, working with clients from various backgrounds and with diverse fitness goals. Whether it’s helping clients build strength, lose weight, recover from injuries, or enhance athletic performance, Logan is committed to delivering customized, effective solutions for success.
